What the Windows setup does
- It installs for your user only. No administrator rights are needed.
- “Start AI Cockpit automatically when I sign in” is ticked by default. Untick it on the “Additional tasks” page if you do not want that. No desktop shortcut unless you tick it.
- On first start a setup assistant asks for your accounts. Every step can be skipped, and Demo mode fills the cards with sample figures.
- AI Cockpit lives in the notification area, bottom right next to the clock. If the icon hides in the overflow, drag it onto the taskbar. A click opens the overview, a right click the menu.
- There are no automatic updates. Once a day the app asks whether a newer version exists and tells you — it downloads nothing by itself. Come back to this page for the new file. You can switch the check off in Settings.
Older Windows versions
Direct downloads from aicockpit.info, with checksums. Only needed if you want to stay on an older version.
